When my 991 engine failed unexpectedly at 39K miles, I spent 4 months asking for help from every Porsche dealer and Indy shop, and it was nothing but disappointment. Crazy prices, no follow up, no responses, wanting to charge me for a quote, and all around lack of sympathy and desire for one's business. Thomas found me an engine, installed it, at a very fair price in just a couple of weeks. I also had them work on my Cayenne and they fixed the issue in a couple of days. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “EMD has been taking care of my 991 Turbo S for 5 years. They installed all of the bolt-on modifications and designed and installed the methanol injection system. They also helped get rid of boost leaks which were frequent with the weak stock couplers. Oh yeah and it's the fastest stock motor 991 Turbo S in the Western US....182mph in the half mile..nearly 150mph in the 1/4 mile. These guys do the mods and maintenance on all my other cars as well. I used to use high priced *brand* name shops and they have no where near the customer service as EMD, which has similar or better technical experience as some of these full-on race shop.
